Dr. Prasanta K. Mishra
Chairman Dr. Mishra is an M. Sc. in Chemistry and
a PhD in Nuclear Chemistry. He is an entrepreneur –
educationist, with more than 15 years of active public service.
Dr. Mishra is the co-founder of KIII and is credited with
strategizing its all-round growth.
Dr. Mishra is a clear headed dreamer, a futuristic thinker
and a technology visionary. He has masterminded the phenomenal
technology growth of KIIT family and Kalingasoft is his brainchild.
Dr. Mishra is a co-founder and was the founding Managing Director
of Kalingasoft.
Leveraging his in-depth understanding of technology trends,
insightful assessment of needs of educational sector &
social sectors and robust working associations in corporate
& education world Dr. Mishra drives the strategy creation
and alliance acquisition initiatives of Kalingasoft. His other
passions include – spiritualism, promoting techno-socio
ventures.

Mr. Srijat Mishra
Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mishra is a graduate
in engineering (B. Tech., Elect. Engg) and a post-graduate
in management (PGDM, IIM Calcutta) with Finance as his Major
and Economics & Operations as his Minors. Prior to joining
Kalingasoft, he had worked for Corporate Strategy Group of
PricewaterhouseCoopers (currently a part of IBM), credit rating
firm ICRA (the India partner of international credit rating
leader Moodys’) and Management Consulting arm of A.
F. Ferguson.
Mr. Mishra, in his 7 years of professional career, has executed
more than 50 engagements in a variety of areas including Strategy
development & implementation, Market Assessment, Financial
Engineering, Credit Assessment, Organization Development,
Performance Management. Mr. Mishra has assisted a wide array
of organizations including multi-national companies, Large
Corporate Houses, Public Sector Undertakings, Government,
Mid-cap companies and start-ups.
He is fired by ambition to make a difference and dreams of
making Kalingasoft a technology innovation powerhouse. A co-promoter
and the energy behind Kalingasoft, he can be credited with
reinvigorating the organizational machinery and translating
the intrinsic potential of Kalingasoft into tangible performance.
His other passions, include spiritualism, writing, teaching

Mr. Satyasai Nanda
V.P. – Project Delivery
Mr. Nanda is a graduate in B. Tech (Elect. Engg.). He has
more than 11 years of professional experience, which include
a fine blend of IT consulting and functional experience.
He has successfully executed more than 25 IT consulting assignments,
including those in an international IT consulting environment.
His clients include educational institutes, government agencies,
international multilateral/developmental agencies, and mid-tier
corporates.
He has a track record of conceptualizing and developing new
products. He is the driving force behind Kalingasoft’s
products e-IMS, e-Billing and e-office.

more than 8 years of professional experience in top notch companies.
Prior to joining Kalingasoft, Rajesh has worked for BHEL ( EDP Department), CTS and Infosys
He has successfully executed international projects in multiple technologies and multiple domains.
His clients include giants in telecom, insurance and power sector domain. His joining Kalingasoft is expected to give a big boost to quality processes and product development and innovation activities.
